Refund policy

 

1. Cancellation Period

Customers can cancel their order or subscription within 7 days of the payment date.

If cancellation is requested within this 7-day window, a full refund will be issued.

After 7 days from the payment date, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.

2. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method/account used for the transaction.

Refunds will not be issued to any alternate account or payment method.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed promptly.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

4. Refund Fees / Charges

No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.

Any transaction fees or taxes charged during the original payment may not be refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation and refund, contact us via help@serveamigo.com within 7 days of payment, providing your order or transaction details.

After verification and approval, the refund will be initiated and you will be notified.

6. No Refund After 7 Days

Cancellation requests or refund claims made after 7 days from the payment date will not be accepted.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.
